With iconic International & National brand partners as well as in-house brands including KFC, Domino's Pizza, Häagen-Dazs, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Krispy Kreme, and so on we have a rich portfolio and offer the assorted cuisine options to the passengers.
TFS operates the best lounges in the country, and our presence currently extends across Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Nagpur, and Visakhapatnam and is fast spreading to other cities too. TFS manages the Mumbai International lounge in partnership with Performa, a Gate-group company highly regarded worldwide for designing, managing and servicing airport lounges. TFS also manages and operates 13 Airport lounges at Mumbai, Kolkata, Nagpur & Chennai and first of its kind Executive Lounge at Vizag Railway Station.
TFS strives to innovate to enhance customer experience continuously; to such a degree, we introduced an award winning concept of delivering “Fresh food from anywhere in the Airport delivered at your convenience" through our proprietary technology - Food@Gate. A passenger can order a meal sitting anywhere in the Airport via Food@Gate, here all brands, all menus from the entire terminal are available. Our Segway Delivery Team delivers the food where the passenger is sitting and they can pay on delivery.

TFS commences operations at Mumbai Terminal 1B in July 2009. All F&B outlets at this airport as of 2017 are still operated and managed by TFS with 2 successful contract renewals.
TFS launches operations at Delhi Terminal 3 started in July 2010.
TFS begins its first International assignment with signing & commencement of operations at Muscat & Salalah airports in Oman
TFS wins Master Franchise rights for “RELAY”, the leading CTN store in the travel sector. The 1st Outlet started at Delhi T1. We are on an expansion sprint since then, with 13 outlets across India operated under the “Travel Retail Services” brand.
TFS starts with 14 units in 2014, with our constant dedication to culinary innovation and service excellence we have now grown to 46 units.
TFS ventures into Lounge operations at Mumbai T2 through a joint venture with GateGroup. GVK lounge is fully operational from November 2014. Awarded the “Asia’s Leading Airport Lounge” in 2015 & 2016 and “World’s Leading Airport Lounge – First Class” in 2015 & 2016 by World Travel Awards.
TFS begins its relationship with Chennai Airport with 16 units in 2014 and as of end 2016, proudly owns manages and operates over 62 units.
Travel Club catering to mainly Loyalty program customers commences operations on March 15, 2016 and GVK Lounge (Domestic) starts subsequently on October 01, 2016
With a commitment to Transform Travel in mass markets, TFS ventures into Railways with the building of international standard food courts at Vishakhapatnam & Pune Railway Station. The award winning “Raildhaba” is currently operational at Vijayawada and Madurai Railway Stations as well.
